We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us information about transportation and the nearby university. Our room was clean, sunlit and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. Although the hotel is not located close to the city center or shopping places, it was easy for us to get around this city as transportation was readily available.

The room we got was clean and looked new. the location was great, just an easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a combination of local and international dishes. Another plus was the free wifi and parking.
We had trouble finding our way to the hotel at night because there was no signage on the building and it was not well lit. the noise from the main road was a bit loud at times, so it might not be the best fit for light sleepers.

We love the lovely choice of location which is close to Chiang Mai University and Nimman Road. There are restaurants around and city center shopping places within reach. The rooms are clean and sunlit, with nice views. The staff is very helpful and offers great service. Breakfast is not standard but the free-style management and several facilities make up for it.
The noise from nearby traffic and airplanes might disturb those who are sensitive, but everything else is great.

The noise was unbearable as my room was located next to a busy street and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast was not up to par as it consisted of cold sandwiches and eggs in a plastic container.
